What is Fribourg Track Lab?
Track Lab is an innovative and unique athletics meet, designed and produced by TEAMMATE. It is not a standard athletics competition. It is a laboratory where the codes are shaken up but where the best athletes from around the world come together. The focus is not on performance but on 2 main areas.
Team: At the center of the competition, athletes fight to collect the most points for their TEAM.
Technology: Track Lab is the place to test new competition formats.

- Reaction time is set to 0.000
- Long jump take-off zone
- The take-off zone is increased to 40cm, and the actual jump distance is measured
- Effective height
- What is the actual height a pole vaulter jumps?
- Dynamic competitions
- In javelin, only the longest throw is measured
- The competitions are sped up

Ticketing
Entry to Fribourg Sports Lab is paid, except for anyone under 20 years of age.
We offer two attractive pricing options:
- Numbered covered seats at 35.-
- Standing places all around the stadium at 10.-
Tickets are available here.
Free entry for under 20s is available for all standing places. However, it is essential to order a ticket on the official Fribourg Sports Lab website.
People with reduced mobility benefit from a dedicated space. Please note: they need a free entry ticket, to be ordered from the organizer by email at fribourg@tracklab.ch
